Software Developer

Contributes to the overall application level of the project as well as working on separate components or individual programming tasks. Works under a lead developer, but is responsible for management and creation of his/her components of software projects. Ability to work with general skills preferred, including .net, Java, Javascript, HTML/XML, and SQL Server languages and applications. Experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio, Adobe Flash, Websphere, Weblogic, and Linux helpful. Graduates in Computer Science or comporable college degrees required with varying levels of experience. Skill sets in software engineering as well as strictly programming also encouraged.

Sales Associate

Responsible for in the sales process for managed services, and generating new clients desiring custom software. Requires coordination and communication with development, managerial, and design staff within DTI, and management of contacts and relationships with outside entities. Leads day-to-day management of communication with leads, and assists the managerial team in the approval and pricing process. Requires the abilities to track and complete deals with accuracy of data, manage the sales process from end-to-end, and research to obtain new customers and support pricing guidelines for products. Communication with DTI management on status of deals and leads will be organized in a weekly report or meeting. Further communication with customers to help mediate issues related to pricing, contracting, billing and service. Prefer College degree and minimum of 3 years experience in sales, and general knowledge of computing and software development processes.
